A big part of the validation process for any new products is generating interest from people whom you don’t already have a connection to. Over the last couple days we started getting pre-launch sign ups, but they had been from people we already knew and had interact with. That changed yesterday!
The effort to get Lifevest in front of people has still been pretty minimal. It’s been comprised of tweeting about the product along with mentions of privacy violations from competitors and posting here. We’ll see what happens when we really ramp up promotion.
We haven't done much to promote the pre-launch sign up yet. Mostly just Twitter posts. But we got our first pre-launch sign up. Now, we'll be exploring ways to get the landing page in front of more people and see what results we get.
The first test is to see if there is interest in the product. If we can prove that out, we will update the landing page with pricing information and see how that impacts pre-launch sign ups.
We have built out the entire architecture for this product, but specific to blockchain applications. To test the traditional web market, we launched this landing page. If there is interest, we will build out the functionality for traditional web apps.
