Linktree sucks. We are here to be better.
WE DID IT! We made our first sale for LinkDeck.me!!!
Andddd just like everybody says, the first sale is indeed the hardest. It was 2 months of self doubt, hustling and persistence that got us here. We officially sold our first life time deal today on AppSumo for $19!
Hope more sales are coming!
Couldn't be happier!
We officially crossed the 100 user mark for LinkDeck.me as of today! It has been an amazing journey working with our beta users: to get to know them, to see their works and to understand we can help them.
After our initial MVP was done and we started reaching out to potential users, it just got easier and easier. We received a lot of constructive feedback and words of encouragement.
It's great to get into the thick of it knowing that there are people rooting for you. Marching on!
By bare bone I really mean we only have a one page demo product.
The MVP page was decently stylised and optimised for mobile viewing. Integrations worked as intended (but not as well as they should).
And everything else was completely missing. The homepage of the domain was literally two lines of raw html code.
But the MVP was enough for me to continue the validation process. I remember someone sharing a quote here, "if you are no longer embarrassed of your product, you are launching too late." I listened this time.
I have always liked LinkTree. It's such a simple and neat idea that really helps to consolidate my online presence in the age of countless web platforms.
But it did feel so simplistic.
What if it could be more than a column of buttons?
What if there are integrations with other platforms where content can display directly?
What if you only need to manage your socials and not double the same work on your personal portfolio?
And then came LinkDeck.
Linktree sucks. We are here to be better.
