September 2020 First In-Person Event!

We found a beautiful space in London (very expensive) and decided to try and sell 100 tickets for £150 each to cover costs.

We brought in experts, top-level catering, brands and yoga. It was mega fun and cool to meet members for the first time in person.

When you help someone lose weight, change their mindset, and improve their life, it's a special feeling seeing that for real.

May 2019 £15,000 in One Day!

We hit our first £15,000 day.

We had built an audience for the first few months making 30k consistently selling workout plans and building the community.

All plans were £50+.

When May came, (mayday) I decided to run a 1-day sale using mayday as the way in.

So what I did was bundle 3 of out workout plans together (worth £150) for £29.99.

Most of the sales came via email. The sales inbox was pinging!

This was before we added 1 click upsells too (would have added another 20%)

But yeah, don't be scared to do a "sale" if you have a reason to do so.

Nobody is paying that much attention to you and your brand. Unless you're running 60% off year around people won't get used to your lower pricing.

December 2018 LAUNCHED!

We launched the website and used only Facebook ads to start.

All bootstrapped we've never needed a dime of cash.

Obviously, ad spend to start but I was getting 10x ROAS on adspend immediately.

Spending £100 a day bringing back £1000.

Successful launch + for people that didn't buy we got them to sub to our "daily email" list for tips and advice which later generated £200-300 per daily email.

May 2018 CAME UP WITH THE IDEA

I was in San Francisco looking to grow Rugby Warfare. I went out for 3 months to set-up base for the 7s rugby world cup.

Things didn't work out for that but I helped a company with their marketing for their health and fitness service.

However, I realised they were missing key things. This got my mind working and i started to put some pieces together. People I've met, experts I know and a system I know that works.

Before Rugby Warfare and Live Like Louise, I had a health and fitness blog that I sold. I was mega passionate and knew a lot about it but never went after it once I graduated.

It was kind of like everything came together in that moment in San Francisco.
