First paid sponsor and revenue!

Just secured our first sponsors for the next 6 weeks — that's $1,200 in revenue after three months. I'm super happy to have been approached by a sponsor that's perfectly aligned with Maker Mind's values, content, and audience.

Congrats! Curious for other indie hackers, are you comfortable sharing how many subscribers you have? I’m sure many of us (including myself) are wondering at what point sponsors would start being interested.

Thank you — I had about 4K subscribers when they reached out!

Nice job. Happy to help you do outbound sales. In fact that's all I do now for newsletter creators. That way you know you're reaching out to those who fit your values.

Interesting! How does it work — commission or fixed fee?

      1. 1

We are doing commission now. I will email you. Cool?

Thank you! They approached me after seeing my Product Hunt launch but I'll start actively looking for sponsors in the future :)
