Early Feedback
I learned that I needed to allow my users to send messages to customers that HADN'T first texted the service. Businesses need to be able to reach out to a customer using their phone number. I'm currently testing this change to see how it changes Manager's Phone.
Cold Email Success!
Yesterday I committed to send 10 cold emails today. I followed through.
One email received a response wishing for a product demo! Followed up and set the appointment for tomorrow - I'll be sure to let the community know how it goes!
Commitment to Growth

Reframing My Message
I read a few articles and decided my customer facing message was really lacking. I found a template to help.
Business Hypothesis:
I believe that people want to <ability> so that they can <outcome>, and they would pay good money for that because <value>.
Customer Facing Message:
If you <value>, and can <ability> with <Your Business Name> so that you can <outcome>.
I lost my only customer today after a year of subscription. This is totally my fault - I hadn't committed enough time to helping them develop their community.
I'm taking a bit of time (1 month) to reframe my message and focus on customer acquisition in ways that I have yet to explore.
