I want to systemize the customer discovery process until we have a proven framework that improves the success of early stage founders turning their ideas/MVP's into validated products
We closed founders from the 117 founders on our waitlist! We now have a formal Early Adopter Recruitment process so we can service up to 20 founders at one time. We will be iterating and optimizing the process to serve double the amount per Early Adopter Recruiter.
Our UI/UX Design team has completed our figma prototype which we show to our (potential) Investors and future customers. They love it and now our development team is turning it into. working code! We hope to launch within 16 weeks for our Alpha Launch to <50 founders and about 200 early adopters.
Over 50+ Customer Discovery interviews with our potential target demographic in which it was clear that there is an urgent demand fo our platform. In other words the Problem is validated but now it is up to us to create a MVP solution and validate that next
