First MVP

Just launched our first MVP... What a monster.. YC's mantra is to build something people want and to launch early. We managed to develop the MVP in 3 weeks, talked to potential customers. They were more interested in the pitch than the actual product. It was lacking focus, was too complicated and had too many options. I think we need to chop some hea.. I mean features.
