It was an idea. Idea to compare two different places me and my girlfriend lived in. I suggested rating them by some criteria. 5 months later I launched it in Minsk, Belarus and got overwhelming results from LinkedIn.

Launch successfully
Post from LinkedIn went a bit viral across the Minsk connections, 100 registrations and more than 100 ratings and comments.
Now it's Moscow, Riga, Warsaw and bunch of other towns across 5-6 countries.
I haven't excepted so much warm words and support from the Russian-speaking community.
