After creating a more efficient team including software devs, sales, product manager and customer success, we've boosted the sales effort for the last 6 months and reached $20K MRR. TBH, all of these MRR is not coming from SaaS sales, some of them are enterprise customers that we've developed custom solutions and integrations (not irrelevant with our product). Since our platform is data agnostic, we are trying to keep the company alive and integrate custom integrations for enterprise companies like offline store sales etc.
