Came up with the idea

Modern Pricing was born out of two important trends happening in the world right now:

(1) Regulations preventing the use of personally-identifiable information (PII) are becoming more prevalent around the world forcing advertising-driven businesses, in particular, to think about how they can effectively monetize their audience without sacrificing the personal data of a user.

(2) Subscription as a Service (SaaS) is booming to become the dominant business model for internet businesses—creating a valuable opportunity for companies to think about how their pricing strategy impacts their bottom line.
