Are you tracking where each countries national post service is up to on offering this service?
For example, here in NZ our national post offers this service. Same as in Aussie and Canada when I lived there. NZ Post offering is not very good. Like many govt services around the world, NZ post recently went thru a major transformation programme, and this tiny piece of their broad offering has not been 'transformed'.
Perhaps your solution is a quick update for NZ Post? Plug n Play?
Other points you may find helpful
- I know I did not use the existing offering in each of these countries, in each move as I was never comfortable I could trust my data would not be sold (I have been a professional nomad for 18 years).
- The other place you may wish to link with is "visa services". I use visa-genie in UK for when I went to live/work in India. If there had been a bundle offering, I may have considered it.
- If your not already doing this, you may wish to link into apps that are targeted at the digital nomad. There are already a few on IH.
- Lastly if you have not already, ensure you have TrustPilot page and resist requesting users to make a review on it. Best reviews are organic (e.g not invited)
- I would like IH to have a tag 'automate-the-tedious'. Aka a tag that emphasis the VP. This would be great for your business. Better than home automation.
