Deployed node sever

Youssef Selkani @usfslk

I decided to move all my business logic to a node server before 2020 and I just achieved that goal, it's crazy sometimes we over estimate the amount of work needed to complete a task it took me 1 full day but I estimated 1 full week.

Another lesson learned is always start with a solid base for your project, it doesn't matter if you have only 1 or 2 database requests, build the right architecture for it. You'll be worry-free along the way.

My project kept growing these last months and the additional features made my app very slow and buggy, the worst I guess is debugging issues and finding why something changed out of the blue.

I am happy that my stack now is secure and perform well on all devices, it make me in a good mood to create new stuff, coming soon is MurkstomMaker, the most versatile mobile app builder shipped with plenty of smart components to play with.

Stay tuned and happy new year!
