Android App goes LIVE

Just the same as the iOS app I created a cross-platform version of Nap O'Clock, however, no Apple Watch support in this version for Android.

The technology used in this version is Xamarin Forms so I can play to the C# strengths I already have, but the main iOS version is still developed in Swift.
