Project based education about no-code tools in spanish
To empower everyone that wants to build a project but doesn't know how to code and show them that it's not needed to build a real product.
At the start of the year, I joined minimum.run as a product maker. Soon we discover that there was a perfect match between the two companies and it was a perfect opportunity to complement their value proposition.
So I've sold 75% of the project, and joined a team of product people with a focus on making the project grow, and having the support and investment needed.
I partnered with an online community: SinOficina to make a lifetime deal for their users.
The feedback was amazing and we sold over 40 lifetime subscriptions, which made the first quarter the most profitable yet of the company and put me on the track of the next milestone.
Only via the selling of the courses this has been a steady month. A collaboration with a prominent enterprise to give formation to their employees really helped.
Also the launch of a Lifetime deal surely helped to improve the numbers, but those are not counted here.
Just on the courses section I've managed to bill over 5.000€. This is mainly due to the sellings of the Webflow and Bravo courses that are doing great.
It was a month of vacation so no much action for my part that's why the revenue stopped being so consistent. Over 500€ in december.
Revenue is going up, last month was the all - time hight with over 1.200€ in sellings.
I've launched succesfully one more course, with a partner and managed to land some side-gigs to complement the revenue of that month.
¡Finally reached 100 clients!
This last two weeks were intensive in work.
I planned, created and lauched a Integromat course for beginners that fits into the learning path of my users and I genually think it's really useful.
25 sales in 3 days is a really good metric of the adoption of the course :D
The selling of Webflow courses continues to amaze me as it almost doesn't require any kind of "selling" and the sells are coming by referal.
I'm trying to build more courses in order to help more different people and start incorporating them to the project.
Slow but steady the number of sellings is going up.
Focusing on the content creation to showcase people what they can build with the tool, and improving constantly the quality of the course.
First (not paid) collaboration with a brand and a redesign to the web surely helped.
It was only 9 days since I crossed the 1.000€ barrier, and with the launch of the Webflow Course, I've managed to sell 5 courses at 100€ of medium price.
It is a different way of selling that I'm used to, but trying to do some promotion via my original content to show the usecases of Webflow.
This week has been really interesting.
While I'm planning to launch a new Course about Webflow today, the Airtable course keeps growing in number of users, with 2-3 sales a week on autopilot, with no marketing effort directly.
Today, I've reached 1000€ in total sales. And that is a good signal :D
