Added Job Runtime Logging and Charting

I've been collecting feedback from early demos, and the request for a way to log and report on job runtimes was loud and clear. This morning I pushed out a new release of NotifyCore which adds support for logging the runtime of jobs right along side the existing functionality of triggering notifications from scripts and cron jobs.

For now, I'm displaying historical job runtimes in an interactive bar chart, but I plan to add more advanced filtering and visual options soon as well.

One challenge so far has been deciding which features to spend time on. I'm hoping as I get more users on the platform, it will become more apparent which ideas have mass appeal.
