Testing a different approach

There are a number of competitors in the market that offer the similar, if not the same product as what we do. Although most of the users we spoke to don't know that this service exists, there is still heaps of room in the market for us.
Going back to our value proposition and thinking about what really separates us from the others, we decided to move the platform into a conversational style approach — accessible through Messenger for the time being with an idea to expand to voice (when the market is ready)
