So @a2savior and I pulled a crazy all-nighter after working three intense days straight and we're super delighted to ship — Entrepreneur OS ✨

It's a beautifully interconnected Notion workspace that you can install as a template. It's prebuilt with:

• 11 dashboards
• 53 templates
• 23 databases

We did by creating and sharing a Notion template based on the Farnam Street decion-making journal. Here's a IH post abotu it.

Our business runs on Notion and for the past seven months, we've focusing mostly on client projects. However, service projects are difficult and take a long time to complete, so "productization" is super important as a way to diversify income and build audience.

So excited to report that @a2svior has joined Optemization full-time in October!

I've been working alone since February 2020 and its so spectacularly awesome to add someone motivated and excited to build together.

Over the years, I worked with a lot of teammates with various incentive structures and gotta say dealing with equity can be a mess. In the case of employment, the incentives are clear cut. Beyond that, Val is super duper driven, hard-working and talented. So excited for more!!

I first shared my agency/consulting website built entirely in Notion three months ago. It's a rather controversial choice to do it on that platform. One one hand, its so easy to build but that comes at the cost of SEO and pageload speed. I am long on Notion, so I'm sure that they or the community (once the API drops), will figure it out.
