After a couple of weeks working on Palabra, I finally reached a set of features that can be used as an MVP.
That meant this weekend was launch time! I got a domain name for the project (yay Black Friday!) and set up static hosting with Netlify (http://netlify.com/, awesome service!)
By the way, in case you're interested in the technical nitty-gritty, I built Palabra as a PWA with Vue.js and TypeScript, and scaffolded it with Vue CLI. The app currently works 100% client side, using browsers' local persistence to save your progress as you write. Apart from that, the idea is that it's an installable app on both mobile and (most importantly) desktop, but unfortunately the manifest seems to be currently broken :(
Also, I plan to add "save to the cloud" integrations soon enough, but first I'll need to add auth to it!
That's it for now. Big milestone, but just the first step of the journey! If you try Palabra out, I'd love to get your feedback!
