Problem Identification

  1. Collecting user inputs like email, surveys etc. on websites involves developing front-ends for users to interact as well as a back-end to save that collected data. This increases development time.

  2. The collected data might require migration to external cloud services for further processing. Such a process once again increases the time and effort.

  3. Although certain services provides a front-end UI component to collect user input and reduce our development time e.g. Mailchimp provides an embedded textbox to collect emails on websites, there exists a certain degree of vendor lock-down as the email collected can only be saved into Mailchimp and not to any other destination as per our choice.
