Came up with our idea

Kaitlyn Knopp had a bunch of experience leading compensation teams and initiatives. She stepped outside of the Silicon Valley rat race to kick off her own compensation consulting business. After working with a handful of clients, she noticed they all faced similar problems related to compensation data, pay inequality, and general workflow. She teamed up with her designer husband - Warren Lebovics - to make a product out of their mission of de-complicating compensation. Pequity was born.
