Reached over $1.7m in Revenue in 16 months.

It's been extremely hard work in terms of growth and has learned a lot through this process. However, here are some key takeaways:

  • Building a remote team is better and faster to scale.
  • Focusing on the team is essential and weed out bad apples asap is important.
  • Check the background of your Co-Founder before working with one (Had a nightmare).
  • Don't work with all the affiliates. We recently got cyberbullied by a bunch.

    1. 1

Get a affiliate manager. Super important. Plus, don't let everyone join. Make sure to spend good time on proper background check.
