Settled on a strong message

Describing what you do is surprisingly tricky. Do you focus on the pain you remove? Or the benefits you bring? Maybe you try to compare yourself to another well-known product. Maybe you're not sure what your audience is going to resonate with yet and you make something up to try on for size.

Honestly the 'company one liner' is tricky because such a lot hangs off it. It requires you to really understand the audience you're targetting and what they respond well to.

You need to understand what you're building and why you're building it.

In the early days of a Startup, you iterate through feature ideas validating as you go until something starts to stick and until that time, the one liner is pretty much a free for all.

Well, today I think we've reached a point where the pieces of the jigsaw are falling into place and we can show our cards.

Plum Mail helps you focus on the conversations that matter most to you.

It is a smart email workspace that helps you to action, structure and organise your communication.

And that's it! Two sentences that took at least three months to arrive at.

Maybe they don't work, maybe they're confusing to all except the two of us too close to our own product but then again, maybe their perfect.

What do they mean to you? You can see this message presented on our website at plummail.co if you would like to see it in context.
