One way to come up with ideas for products, is to observe patterns in different markets/spaces. After reading a couple of posts from people asking to be considered as guests on podcasts, I thought maybe I should build a platform for that. At first it will be a simple listing service for people to list themselves as available to guest on podcasts.

The name came to me right away. I should call it PodGuest. The .com domain was taken, but .me was available. So I went ahead and purchased the domain PodGuest.me.
