Polka is an app that enters your Zoom meetings. While you focus on the discussion and challenges, she takes care of structure, admin and even fun.
Make visible improvements of your meetings (the basic building block of teamwork).
We came up with side idea to our core Polka product -> MeetingNPS.
Our app tracks the leading indicator of all team success derived from the proven NPS (Net Promoter Score) methodology used to monitor Customer Satisfaction.
And we brought it to the teamwork level.
We've just released new features, that we're excited to show you. This time we focus on in-meeting functionalities of Polka.

③ randomly select people on the call to involve everybody
We just launched Polka’s in-meeting features in Zoom. Now you can launch a timer or timestamp highlights simply by sending Zoom chat messages to Polka!

More on the new features on medium:
After the pivot we rebranded our product to Polka. We launched advanced beta version of the product -> https://meetpolka.com/.
Polka integrates with Zoom and Google Calendar at this stage, but more integrations are coming. We think that we have created a powerful tool for online meeting collaboration, but users will tell :-). General idea is that people can work on your meeting recordings like on a document.
We launched the MVP of our original idea that you can see an overview of -> https://youtu.be/rkfD31yhpro. We gathered feedback from early adopters (mostly f&f). This gave us some understanding of how people might use the tool and we decided to pivot the product towards post meeting collaboration tool.
We solve the problem that meetings are seen as unproductive and overburdening by many teams. It is NOT that users DON’T SEE VALUE in their meetings but that they lack TOOLS TO EXTRACT THE VALUE. Polka is this tool.
