Starting Small

David Getchel @DavidGetchel

To test product weekend out, I'm going to start with wrangling up a few people in Sacramento to spend a day or two on a slimmed down version of product weekend. We'll pitch a few tiny ideas and pick one to work on. Get it going and when the times up, see how it went. Break it down, adjust and do another one.

I think this will be the most practical way to test my idea without having to try and make it a big, sponsored event, untested.

The first thing I need to do is start talking to people I know who'd be interested and see if they'd like to join in a test event.

Since the holidays are coming up, I'd like to get one in sooner rather than later.
