Added a doc/howto functionality.

You may ask: why wouldn't owners use their blog for docs & how-to?

They will post info in their blog, of course. The charm of hosting docs in the product feedback listing is the proximity to feature voting and roadmap.

It's really easy to begin a feature description for feature voting, then build it and refine the description towards a how-to.

To my suprise docs & how-to turned into the highest voted item on Productific's roadmap. Hence, here it is.
