Rethinking the idea due potential copyright issues

Became aware of many possible copyright violations that may arise from ProgramPill in its current form:

Copyright infringement on inline linking:
https://abovethelaw.com/2017/11/does-sharing-a-link-to-online-content-amount-to-copyright-infringement/

Copyright infringement due to embeding:

"Link Tax" - Article 15 of the EU copyright directive:

For now, will be iterating it to be more similar to embed.ly
The embed.ly terms of service explicitly move the burden of responsibility to the user to ensure they are not violating copyright:

However, this will need a rework of the way information is presented and sourced - to not be liable for the encouragement of copyright infringement.

Wanted to share what I found and was wondering if anyone has any advice on the best way forward?
