For now, will be iterating it to be more similar to embed.ly
The embed.ly terms of service explicitly move the burden of responsibility to the user to ensure they are not violating copyright: https://embed.ly/legal/terms
However, this will need a rework of the way information is presented and sourced - to not be liable for the encouragement of copyright infringement.
Wanted to share what I found and was wondering if anyone has any advice on the best way forward?
I have finally pulled the trigger and launched the alpha version of ProgramPill to the great unknown - or at least Indiehackers and Producthunt. It is little more than an MVP at this stage, but it functions well enough for personal use and the sample examples I have created should be able to show value to paying customers.
From this point on, I would love to get any feedback from potential customers / people who find ProgramPill useful for their daily lives.
