After a whole month of launching and about 2 weeks of paid social media marketing, we have more than 400 registered users in Fl. Right now, i am trying to get more homeowners on the platform, but it has been tricky. We get a number of link clicks from our small ads, but the conversion rates for the link to download is a bit worrying. I know it takes time and it really is a numbers game, but for the many that have clicked and not downloaded, i am wondering what is stopping them!

After finally feeling comfortable with our new version of our platfrom, we have decided to launch to our contractors. We over 100 sign ups in less than 2 weeks. Our objective is to vet as many of those contractors. We are now beginning to onboard our customers who will need the services our contractors are providing! The platform is not perfect and there are things to work on, but it is exciting to have users on the platform already.

Our team at Ragg are proud to be in the last stages of completion of our new app update. Our new platform uses an advanced language and new features. We will be re-launching in Jacksonville, FL and launching in Miami. More updates to go, but glad to see the platform grow.

We are gaining new users daily and today we received are second booking request with a successful match to one of our verified cleaners. We've also acquired 5 new background checked cleaners. We are very happy that our cleaners believe in Ragg and our customers so much that they are willing to give us a try. We will make sure everything goes smoothly!

After less than a month of doing mid-heavy marketing, we finally received our first booking request from a new customer. It was a huge milestone and we're very proud to reach our small goal!
We are still getting new cleaner sign ups daily. We are aiming for more customers!

This past week and a half we've been marketing to customers in every way we could. We're finding out ways to make our booking process a lot more easier at the same time. We are trying to get involved in local communities to spread the word out. This week we hit almost 200 registered cleaners. Amazing! Any marketing tips will be super helpful.

Last week, we have launched our platform on both Android and Apple app store. It was very nerve racking, but being in development for almost more than a year, we kind of had everything prepared. We acquired more than 60 users in our first week and have a couple of verified cleaners already. Our customer service email has been busy haha. Looking forward for our monthly numbers.
