June 25, 2020 Customer Interviews

I wanted to validate my hypothesis, and to do so; I started doing customer interviews. I would strongly recommend reading The Mom Test. That book helped me ask better questions to my potential users.

Finding users to talk with was quite comfortable in my case because everyone prefers to read.

I talked with around 20 peoples who prefer to read online, and I noticed that they were having a hard time recalling what they read. They do not have a proper system in place for this particular problem.

June 15, 2020 A personal problem I must solve

I read a lot of books and articles online. While reading, I highlight important points from what I read.

I never go back and check my highlights, so it was getting hard for me to remember what I read. It never pumps back to my mind unless I revisit the book.

That is when I thought there should be some solution which can help me recall my highlights when I need them most and at my convenient platform.

I shared this problem with one of my friends, and he likes the idea. We did brainstorm for a couple of days (obviously online :)).

After a couple of e-discussion, we had a handful of notes with us. I wrote the one-page Product Requirement Document to dig more into the problem.
