First Unknown User

Twitter outreach helped in getting this user.
Although I have the user, they are not using the product, I think:

  1. I need to improve the sign up process.
  2. They didn't understand the value proposition.

Anyways, this feels nice! I have first unknown user :)
Next steps: Will fix these issues & then reach out to the user.
