I am working on a contract recruiting assignment and noticed that a day or two after I reposted a job, it would already be on one of the last pages and applications would drop off.
I would repost jobs and the next day I would get a bunch of applicants.
Sponsoring every job post is really expensive so the best thing I could do was repost every two days. I realized that recruiters with a busy req load don't have time to do that.
I modified a one-page website template in Webflow, connected the domain, and added Zoho email.
