Have you ever bought something at an online store? I bet all of you just answered yes to this question. Furthermore, for most of these purchases, you most likely also received an e-mail to give your feedback on the product. Exactly.
This feedback is really valuable to the merchant, obviously, to improve his product. But, what if you were that one customer that gave a bad rating. Not because of the product itself, but because of the ordering process. The seller would probably like to know. Not after you've received the product, but immediately.
