Create powerful testimonial widgets from social media review
I came across a few Quora questions asking "how to embed Facebook reviews on a website". I built ReviewEmbed to make more out of the reviews we earn and expanded the scope to include Google & Yelp too.
The app has been sitting, getting traffic from very few sources and has slowly been ramping up on new subscribers. Churn rate is pretty high as a result of some product instability as well as a pretty varied set of visitors coming to the website.
Launched a few new features, including Review Analytics and Smart Review Tags, the latter of which needs more polish.
After a few years of playing around with the app, learning a lot from testing different things and reaching some market/fit with agencies, I started to get some interest to acquire the product to be integrated into a greater portfolio. I eventually ended up selling to Oxopia, a SaaS shop out of Belgium
