First customers came from RiteTag SaaS product
We had seven years of history in RiteTag, so, we were rather known for hashtag analytics, which led sales and continues to do so.

WHy we created the RiteTag Hashtag Reports product
Without paying Twitter a ton of money, there was no way to get data, let alone organized data, containing 100% of the Tweets of those who used a specific hashtag.
We can do this for the last ~30 days now, and for any hashtag.
Data exports are usable in CRM tools.
