Design overhaul & re-engineered SaaS Tribune

Stan Bright @StanBright

I'd regard myself as a Full Stack engineer; however, the front end would be my least strong side ๐Ÿ™ˆ. Yet, when I focus and get some inspiration from existing and beautiful products, I think I can make a website look decent. So, here it comes the new design of SaaSHub. Disclosure: I've got some colors inspiration from Stripe Connect.

What did I learn? I learned about the existence of this beautiful color - "Cerulean Frost" ๐Ÿ‘จโ€๐ŸŽจ... I learned some color theory... and I decided that if I want SaaSHub to be a popular website, it should use softer tones.

Apart from that, I've re-engineered the SaaS Tribune section. It has a primary focus on the homepage now and allows contributing experts to promote their own products. Also, the mechanics have been changed completely so that people have incentives to vote for the best products now.

On the whole, the goal of the SaaS Tribune is to give light and to promote new and promising software products.

p.s. as always, any feedback is highly appreciated. Thanks!
p.p.s. If you are working on a software product, please give a try to SaaSHub and the new Tribune.
