Time to pivot.

I think we reached a pivot point with Scrumbs (https://www.scrumbs.app).

The release went well, feedback was positive, but I came to the realization that there is a dissonance between what I had in mind when I designed the product, and what the niche we were targeting actually needs.

Back when the idea was born I was managing multiple scrum teams, and I was daydreaming about a product like Scrumbs that helps me with my notes. The idea was born from a pain point I experienced first hand.

I realize now that there is a logical error I've committed. I was not in need of an agile management tool, or a scrum master tool. I was in need of a tool to help me with my NOTES. I'm a note taker first, and my job title second. Not all scrum masters are avid note takers, and not all note takers are working as a scrum master or agile manager.

So, I'm considering to pivot Scrumbs and target the note takers niche, because after all, at it's core it is a note taking tool merged with a todo list.

New tagline: Scrumbs - take better notes.

If you have the time, give the product a quick test drive from the perspective of a note taking tool, and let me know your feedback or any input you have on the topic.

Thanks,
Andrei

I would definitely advise against using it over google docs. Google docs is the superior tool. Only use Scrumbs if you like to use it :D
