$6k MRR

Word of mouth marketing and enterprise plan sales have bumped Servd from $2k to $6k MRR in just over a month. The curve keeps getting steeper, hopefully that'll continue.

There's a decent stream of inbound leads at this point and trial > subscription conversion is somewhere in the 80% range which is a testament to the problem the platform is solving. It could be improved further with refinements to the on-boarding process which still has some edge case issues and unhelpful error messages.

Next steps will be consolidation of recent changes, some stability testing. I'll likely spend a week working on cost optimisations to bump the margins up a couple of percent (these compound so worth doing every now and then). Bug fixes etc. Then probably think about doing some active marketing and plan out some more robust team scaling.
