Started development

Considered front-end development options trying out Svelte, Flutter, and Laravel.

After several iterations with Svelte and Laravel, decided to go with Laravel since I was already familiar with php. This was the safe and agile option.

Also tested deployment to AWS Elastic Beanstalk.
