Smiley faces ?

Net Promoter Score normally works using a scale of 0-10 but we're getting lots of customers asking about other ways to present this question so we've provided templates to allow web surveys and email surveys to support smiley faces (sad/neutral/happy) as well as 0-10 ... and we've added colour gradients and a couple of other formats.

Quite surprised that many of our B2B customers are going for smiley faces and colour bars rather than more traditional 0-10 scale.
