We've now added to our first web-only NPS surveys by providing support for email surveys and event surveys.
We've decided to give full HTML access to email design in response to asking potential customers what they needed. We've also embedded the NPS question within the email - all the research shows this will boost response rates by being able to give a score without leaving your email client.
Event surveys were the idea of a good friend and business colleague who runs a training company and was fed up asking for feedback with paper forms.
We've decided to focus on number of surveys sent as the one key metric ... if this continue to climb every month, we know the product is being used ! So far, our web channel is climbing slowly every month.
