User-testing a new UX

I'm not happy with the original user interface - I know how to navigate it, but no one else does! We've got a great new design that simplifies everything - we've been trialing this with friendly customers but getting very little feedback.

I put off the release by another week. We've now written to all existing customers, put up a pop-up that the new interface has been deployed, written FAQs and help text and switched over a midnight.

New day dawns with the new UX pushed to live, I call customers to make sure they're happy and everything seems to working well.
