We go live with SMS customer feedback surveys

We've had lots of potential customers ask about support for SMS feedback surveys - and we've just gone live with this feature.

Really interesting stats on SMS - early customers are seeing great response rates (>60%) but also high unsubscribes as their clients obviously don't like being contacted on their phones. Plus, timing seems very important to judge when your customers/clients will be looking at their phones.

The tech was relatively straightforward to roll out, but the international rules on SMS are very varied by country so our help pages now have more detail than expected!
