After spending many hours of research on using different products, I realized something inevitable.
An off the shelf CRM capable of mirroring our program's chaotic hierarchy more than likely wasn't going to happen.
While the baseline tools to do the end employee's job are there, It requires a complex set of rules for simply getting the data where it needs to be.
I used Zoho along with several other API's and created a "Frankenstein program". The program automated everything our organization did as far as data and analytics collection and provided a powerful amount of BI that our organization had never seen.
It was so successful that it was recognized on a national level!
Naturally the next question from our sister organizations were to do the same for theirs. Hmmm.
