Added more "one-time payment" options

A few months ago I decided to offer fixed-term access to SongBox Pro. This was an option to buy 3 months access for a one-time payment that would not recur. So basically - not a subscription.

It was a bit of an experiment but in the weeks since releasing this feature I've sold 7 or 8 of them. So last night I added 6-month and 12-month packages alongside the 3-month package.

Obviously you can still take a subscription if that suits you but I know that I personally am getting a little tired of recurring monthly payments for everything so I'm thinking it's safe to assume that I'm not the only human alive who feels that way.

I doubt I'll get any takers on the 6 and 12-month packages but I'd rather the option was there.
