#5 on ProductHunt.

Happy to be in top 5 on ProductHunt (https://www.producthunt.com/posts/spike-sh).

Here is a quick update on Spike.sh 👉

After the ProductHunt launch, we have gotten a number good leads and some newly activated accounts too.

More importantly, we have gotten feedback and appreciation since more and more people are confirming our hypothesis with current alerts/incident management systems.

  1. 💵 PagerDuty or OpsGenie is too expensive for SMBs
  2. 🏢 They are super "enterprisey" for SMBs
  3. ☎️ It just alerts.. why pay 10s of 1000s of dollars every quarter??
  4. 🖼 Lack of a neat dashboard

One enterprise approached us but rejected due to lack of ISO and SOC compliance.

We are able to convert whosoever has used PagerDuty in the past - working on converting and formulating on educating people who have never used this in the past. These are the people with most questions.

Post-launch on ProductHunt has begun and we cannot be more excited about it.
