Created Screencasts to save customer support time


We invested some time today and yesterday to create screencasts to answer common customer support questions and I think we're going to see a conversion improvement, too. We used iMovie, Blue SnowBall USB mic, and some good 'ole fashion editing skills. Kept it simple and rough so we could just SHIP IT and improve it later.
