Open-source framework to validate your digital product
To transform into practice the Startup workflow.
The first 20 users are onboarded in the Checklist online (made by LearnPress).
We track analytics to understand if they come more than one time and if they explore every piece of the Checklist.
Our goal of this experiment is to understand if the content is interesting for them.
We think Instagram and LinkedIn are the best channels to involve wannabe founders and contributors.
We are starting 3 formats:
Now we have a team of 3 people in the Marketing team and we are starting to meet each other one time per week.
I learned the Startup Checklist tool is not ready to be tested by wannabe entrepreneurs. It's not enough for them. They need personal support from me to use it.
It's okay because I know I have to improve the content inside the checklist.
They appreciate a lot the basics because they started unaware of the validation process.
I understand I can't do anything great alone.
This project is made by people for people.
I need to build a community around the Checklist.
So, I asked 3-4 friends to make a weekly call to chat a little bit on strategies to launch and test the value proposition.
Yesterday was my birthday so I asked on LinkedIn, Facebook, etc. to join a Telegram group if someone loves Startup and wants to make me a gift.
The result is 156 people on the Telegram Group of the project.
Now we want to share update behind the scenes.
Okay the Startup events are very cool!
But...
Now I'm on my spare room and I want to launch something, how can I do it?
In 2020 I need a step-by-step guide to start to do something.
Chatbot is made for quick communication, it's really hard to make advisoring via chatbot.
So the first step is to start to collect and scrape everything useful on the web to validate and launch a digital product (Startup).
I'm also reading MAKEbook by @levelsio and trying to apply that on the Startup Checklist project too.
Sharing everything I'm learning and create a community around this values and principles.
I'll keep you up to date.
