Discovered PostgREST

Ruslan Talpa @ruslantalpa

I discovered PostgREST (in it's infancy) which had a few ideas i liked. It was written in Haskell which i wanted to learn. Based only on a URL, the tool would generate a query, execute it and return the results (all with just pointing a binary to the db). This had potential so i decided see this tool could be developed beyond a tool for simple use-cases or prototyping. Proposed to support something along the lines of GraphQL which just came out (issue #218) but this was a big undertaking (basically a complete rewrite of the code and additional research in some areas) and original developer was not willing to commit to it. I decided i'll do it myself
