PostgREST version 4.0 released

Ruslan Talpa @ruslantalpa

After two years of (on and off) work on PostgREST, it got to a level where it could support complex frontends (my original intent). While the core tool was ready for prime time, the "PostgREST stack" was not yet defined. There were lots of issues in github of ppl basically asking "how do i do A,B,C". So my next area of research was to figure out all the components needed for a stack with PostgREST/PostgreSQL at the core. The result was https://github.com/subzerocloud/postgrest-starter-kit
This defined a structure and the method to accomplish all the requirements an API might have.
